Students were really challenged during our Professional Asian Program’s Chinese Restaurant Module taught by Chef Gene Gonzalez. The students learned how to use a real wok and cook in a high pressure stove, learned roasting techniques using a skylab, dimsum & siopao making as well as other tea house favorites.
