The Culinary Arts Foundation of the Philippines has just awarded the title of Gran Gourmet Master Entrechef to school president Gene Gonzalez and Young Gourmet Master Entrechef to CACS Head Instructor Gino Gonzalez. Our two faculty members are involved in the Philippine Gourmet Tourism Movement that promotes Philippine cuisine as an integral part of the Philippine Visitor’s Experience.
