The Professional All-Asian Program, is a culmination of years of knowledge from travel, culinary education and experience from Asia’s finest cuisines. For years our chefs have been sent to different parts of Asia to train in these fine cuisines. This pioneer program has been refined to teach the various foundational and modern techniques & flavor dynamics of asian cookery.

**Because of the nature of this program, we require that all applicants must be a graduate of the CACS Professional or Skills program or a course from a different school with the same subject / credits
