August 18 and 19, 2010 (Wed / Thur) –BASIC BAKING WORKSHOP 1- A 2 days hands-on workshop that will teach the students all the necessary principle and techniques in baking which will start with cookies, bars, coffee cakes and with the three(3) main types of cakes. August 26, 2010 (Thur) – GET GRILLING WORKSHOP- Bring out the grill as you learn and make your own set of barbeques sauces and marinades! Try Chef Rhea’s version of the following dishes by whipping up your own party! Recipes: Naked Chicken Wings, Apple Stuffed Porkchop, Oven Barbeque Chicken, Baby Back Ribs and Beefed Up Beef Belly. Not only that! Chef Rhea will demonstrate these side dishes that will complement your barbeques! Recipes includes: Stollen, Christmas Banana Bread, Prine and Walnut cake, Bread and Butter Pudding, Christmas Trifle, Yuletide Apple Pie, Convert’s Fruit Cake and Warm Chocolate Cake with Dulce de Leche Filling.
