Cebu, as a major tourism growth area is the 2nd extension school built by the Center for Asian Culinary Studies to answer the needs of professional and up-to-date methods of learning in the fields of culinary and pastry arts.

As a brainchild of CACS graduates Dr. Martin Villarica, his wife Lourdes, and Chef Gene Gonzalez, the school was patterned with the same equipment standards and internationally accepted teaching methods to further Cebu as it is known to be a gastronomic center not only in the Visayas but the Philippines.

Our Cebu campus is called an extension school because all faculty, specialty ingredients and standardized classrooms are the same as the main campus and are perpetually upgraded to move with current trends. Quality Culinary Education is assured and brought to this area so that Cebuanos and the neighboring provinces realize savings in transportation and lodging costs.

A keen faculty development program is overseered by CACS directors Jun Jun de Guzman and Gino Gonzalez to ensure new trends and technologies are immediately transferred to CACS Cebu students.
