After 6 successful years, our New Branch in Cabaguio Ave. Davao is near completion with new equipment and programs. Our Cebu extension school on Gorordo Ave. will also open soon before midyear and shall offer the same quality courses with the same Manila Instructors and equipment before June 2014.

Chinese Restaurant Module at the Professional Asian Program

Students were really challenged during our Professional Asian Program’s Chinese Restaurant Module taught by Chef Gene Gonzalez. The students learned how to use a real wok and cook in a high pressure stove, learned roasting techniques using a skylab, dimsum & siopao making as well as other tea house favorites.

Ivory has currently been working so hard during her classes here at CACS. She won a scholarship in the Certificate Program in Cooking & Baking for her outstanding performance in the Reality TV Series Masterchef Pinoy Edition. Great job Ivory!

The Modularized Asian Program – Asian Fundamentals Module

We’re proud to announce the success of the launching of the Modularized Professional Asian Program with the culmination of the Asian Fundamentals Module. Students were taught by Chef Gene Gonzalez himself in the basic and advanced Asian cookery techniques and skills. The next program that just finished was the Chinese Restaurant Cookery Module.
