Students were really challenged during our Professional Asian Program’s Chinese Restaurant Module taught by Chef Gene Gonzalez. The students learned how to use a real wok and cook in a high pressure stove, learned roasting techniques using a skylab, dimsum & siopao making as well as other tea house favorites.
We’re proud to announce the success of the launching of the Modularized Professional Asian Program with the culmination of the Asian Fundamentals Module. Students were taught by Chef Gene Gonzalez himself in the basic and advanced Asian cookery techniques and skills. The next program that just finished was the Chinese Restaurant Cookery Module.
